Refund policy

 REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order, send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we cannot accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items, and we are sure you understand why we cannot accept returns.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million bars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
